Founded by Amy Dickinson-Bush in 2022, we’re a team of three providers focusing on a holistic and integrative approach to therapy. We specialize in trauma-informed therapy, Brainspotting, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, mindfulness, and more. We strive to foster a safe, comfortable, nonjudgmental space for all to find freedom from challenges, including:

What Working With Me Looks Like
Schedule a Consultation
Once you reach out to us, we’ll schedule a 15-minute phone call or video consultation so we can get to know each other.
Attend Initial Appointment
We’ll schedule an initial 1-hour appointment to begin treatment and create a treatment plan that meets your needs.
Find Our Groove
It typically takes 2-3 sessions to find a flow, get to know each other, and become comfortable.
Start Feeling Better
We’ll work together to meet your therapy goals and get you on the road to feeling healed and fulfilled.
