Let’s help you get there. We offer 50-minute in-person and virtual sessions for adults and children ages five years and older. Each one of our clinicians is skilled in multiple styles of therapy and offer a holistic approach to help you heal your mind, body, and soul and find balance in your life.
COUPLES
Couples therapy that fosters connection and communication.
Are you feeling stuck in a cycle of negativity and poor communication in your relationship? You’re not alone. Relationships can be tough, and forming solid communication and conflict-resolution strategies is harder than it sounds.
All couples face challenges — but it’s how we respond to and resolve these challenges that make our relationships strong. Our couples counselors are skilled at helping you understand your and your partner’s needs, and teaching you healthy ways of communicating them to one another. FAMILIES
Family therapy to repair and strengthen your relationships.
Are you struggling in your relationships with your family members? Maybe you or a loved one are dealing with a mental health challenge that’s making it difficult to connect. Maybe it’s years of trauma that are holding you back from the kind of relationship you want to have.
Family relationships can be complex and difficult to navigate. Our providers offer a comfortable space for families to share their thoughts and feelings with one another, and guide families to create healthier patterns and communication styles.
GROUPS
Group therapy for support and community.
We offer virtual and in-person groups to adults ages 18 years and older. Groups currently offered include (click on group name to learn more):

The topic for this series is burnout, and we will be reading and discussing “The Power of Fun: How to Feel Alive Again”.
Lydia and Tai will be bringing up how to take this book a step further each week to help kick burnout out the door.
We are expanding this group to therapists who may be experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue and a lack of fun in day-to-day life.
The group will meet virtually via zoom and is open to anyone residing in the state of GA.
It is $40 investment for screening & $60 per group session.

This is a 10 to 12 week group for clients who have experienced a major traumatic event in their lives. Throughout the course of the 12 weeks, clients will:
Learn to identify unhelpful thought patterns, triggers, and emotions that stem from their trauma.
Learn to challenge their automatic negative belief
Learn to restructure how they view themselves, others, and the world
Develop a sense of safety, trust, power and control, esteem, and intimacy within their relationships with themselves, the people in their lives, and the world around them.
Learn to apply these skills in their day-to-day lives.

A 4-week group in which clients will develop skills for meditating and finding a sense of calm in their lives as well as become more mindful in their day-to-day.
