Mallory’s Bio

Hello, my name is Mallory Warner. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University. I am a Pre-Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Georgia. From a young age, I was an empathetic person and counseling has been something that I have always wanted to do.

I have a passion for working with many populations including trauma, addiction, anxiety, OCD, substance use recovery, as well as with people who simply want to become the best version of themselves. I know in my heart that we all hold the key to our happiness. We just need to take the time to devote to ourselves in order to unpack the stories we tell ourselves that may no longer serve us.

My therapeutic approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and we will work as a team to help you achieve greatness. This relationship will work best when you make the time to take note of what you want to achieve in your life.  At that point, we can work together to figure out what steps need to be taken in order to achieve it.

You may be surprised to know that almost all the work happens when you are away from your therapist. That is because you are practicing what we have been working on in sessions. You will feel empowered and extremely proud of yourself when you notice your progress outside of speaking with me. I promise to give you a sacred and safe place to be yourself. There will be no judgment here. I encourage you to take this step to make your life better. I will be here for you when you decide. Remember,  it will all happen when the time is right. Looking forward to seeing you then.
